uhmmm unless your somehow a legendary those states of yours are really unbalance bro starting xP
plus most water pokemon aren't that fast and that special defense should be around the same as your defense since it water weak points.
so from this point of view its probably like this

Tygrrent: Water/Dark
Hp: 75
Attack: 105
Defence: 55
Special Atk: 80
Special DEF:60
Speed: 125
Total: 500

(which is still high for a non-legendary though it fits most of its typing areas from water having high SA and higher DEF and decent HP) 
still very cool art bro just don't over power your self ^-^'

( i know i play competitive pokemon plays so i know the all around states)
